This policy explains what ContractorStackHQ collects and why. ContractorStackHQ is operated by Salix South AI (Pty) Ltd (“we”), based in Cape Town, South Africa.

What we collect

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages people find useful (pages visited, rough location, device type, and referring source). We do not ask for or store names, emails, or payment details unless you choose to email us. We do not sell your data.

Cookies and affiliate tracking

When you click an affiliate link, the destination software vendor or its affiliate network (for example PartnerStack) may set a cookie so they can credit us for a referral. That cookie is controlled by them, under their privacy policy, not ours. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Third parties

We rely on standard providers to run the site: a web host (Vercel), analytics, and the affiliate networks above. Each processes limited data under its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask us what data relates to you, or to delete it, by emailing hello@contractorstack.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, the CCPA, or South Africa's POPIA, and we honour those requests.
